General terms and conditions of business

The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and the operator of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "provider") via the online shop's website. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2.1 The contract is concluded when the customer places an order in the online shop. The order can be placed in writing or electronically.

2.2 The provider reserves the right to refuse orders, in particular if the customer has already violated these terms and conditions or if the provider has reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of the order.

3.1 All prices in the online shop are stated in euros and include VAT.

3.2 In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may apply, which are to be borne by the customer. The exact shipping costs will be shown to the customer before completing the order.

4.1 Delivery within Germany takes place within 3-10 working days, unless different delivery times are specified.

4.2 Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal or credit card. The provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

5.1 The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal.

5.2 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which the customer received the goods.

5.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Provider of his or her decision to withdraw from the contract in writing or electronically.

5.4 In the event of cancellation, the customer must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which he declared the cancellation.

5.5 The customer shall bear the costs of return shipment unless the goods delivered do not correspond to the goods ordered.

6.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.

6.2 The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

6.3 In the case of slight negligence, the provider shall only be liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation or in the event of damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

7.1 The provider collects, processes and uses personal

7.2 The customer has the right to obtain information about his stored personal data at any time and free of charge and to request their correction, blocking or deletion.

7.3 The provider will not pass on any personal data of the customer to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract or the customer has previously expressly consented.

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

8.2 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

8.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office of the provider, provided that the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
