All of our products are freshly produced for you. Production takes around 2-3 working days. We then send your package, which should arrive within 5 working days at the latest!
When we ship, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package. If you need your products more quickly, write to us in advance and we will send them to you with express.

Since our garments are individually made for each customer after the order is placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations unless the product has been damaged during delivery. In this case, we ask you to contact us immediately to find a solution.
